Getting information on you case

If you need some information about your case, you can telephone the CDR at (011) 834 4660 during working hours. NB: The head office and the regional offices of the MEIBC will be open every day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between the hours of 08h30 and 16h30, or as determined by the Council.

Kindly note that documents may be faxed and emailed at any time and on any day of the week to the CDR. An electronic case management system allows the CDR to give you information on the status of your case. Please have your case number handy when calling the CDR.
